At Change it Up, we offer a variety of classes from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to mindfulness classes such as Pilates and yoga. Change It Up understands that group fitness isn't for everyone. We do offer limited personalised one on one training sessions for those wanting a more individualised program.
