No matter what your fitness level or age, we can tailor a package to suit your individual needs, likes and dislikes. From bodyweight training, to boxing or weight training.
Our initial consultation will identify what you want to get out of our partnership. We will conduct a thorough health assessment and fitness analysis, set goals and discuss mindset.

Small Group Personal Training
We also offer small group training, so you can get personal attention with just one or two others. If you are looking for fun and social training, that is still goal and performance oriented, then Change It Up's small group training is for you.
Many of our clients sign up for personal training as well as joining our community at many of our other fantastic group classes. Being in a group environment can help you meet others, gain confidence and strength and vary your exercise regime.
Fitness Sessions for Sporting Clubs
Our experienced, Change It Up Trainers, Louise and Kelly have developed a healthy reputation for pushing sporting clubs to their fitness limits throughout the local community.
Local sporting clubs, ranging from football through to netball have engaged our trainers to provide fun and challenging sessions in both the pre-season and season proper.
Our sessions include:

- Boot camp
- Stretching and foam rolling
